Tickets and Fees
Tickets include a guaranteed reservation and entrance to the venue.* Certain VIP tickets include other elements and special surprises.

That depends on the show and the type of tickets purchased.  For some shows, seating is first come first served, however there will always be room for you and your party as we do not oversell our shows.
YES, although tickets are non-refundable, they are indeed transferable. Each ticket has a unique QR code that can be easily sent via email.
Each show is different, check your email and the ticketing page for the inclement weather policy of the show have purchased tickets for/ are interested in. You can also visit our UPDATES page for up-to-date information.
Tickets that have been purchased are not refundable, they are however transferable.  Should a show be postponed due to dangerous inclement weather, tickets/ reservations will be honoured on the postponed dates.
Yes but please be respectful of other guests and do not disrupt the performance.
Tickets must be purchased online, even at the door.

Yes!  There are many public events that will be happening at the Jardin, the best way to stay up to date with public programming is to frequently check our website and social media pages.

Reservations and advance ticket purchase are always required when attending events at Jardin Royalmount.
The type of seating depends on the event or show. Certain shows are sold by the ticket where other events entire tables or pods are sold together. 

Seating ranges from chairs at dining tables, comfy Acapulco chairs, daybeds, blanket setups and more. 
Most of our seating is based on a first come first serve basis, but with that said, we do like making people happy.  Reach out to our customer service team and we will do our best to accommodate you and your party.
YES! We encourage you to stay, eat, drink, and be merry long after the featured entertainment is done.
Sorry, although we do love you pets, they are not welcome at the Jardin.  Kids, however are welcome at most events, check our upcoming programming for family friendly entertainment.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.  Smoking of cannabis is not allowed onsite.

No. proof of double vaccination will not be required at the entrance of the site. 

Food and Beverage
Yes, wait staff will be circulating to take orders but please be courteous of other guests and the show taking place.
Sorry, outside food and drinks are not allowed on site due to our permits 
Transportation and Arrival
We encourage guests to arrive early to get your preferential seating. Enjoy dinner and pre-show entertainment.
Yes, parking is available northwest of Jardin Royalmount at 8510 Royden, a 3 minute walk away.  We are also minutes away from De La Savane metro
